Notable Finds

The type specimen is from the East 9 Pillar, on 31 Level, in the second oxidation zone, discovered in 1978. However, in 1984, approximately five small specimens were recovered from a pocket in Zero Stope, also on 31 Level. These are the best of species, comprising wheatsheaf-like arrangements of elongated orange warikahnite crystals to 30 mm with quartz.
