Rare. Mainly in the first oxidation zone, but also on 44 and 45 levels in the third oxidation zone (Gebhard 1999).

As mm-sized crystals in the third oxidation zone on 44 and 45 levels (Gebhard, 1999).
Paragenetic and General Notes
Occurs widely in the first oxidation zone as thin coatings, crusts and fracture-fillings in sulphide (chalcocite or digenite) ore. Occasionally larger masses of covellite were found (Pinch and Wilson, 1977). Sometimes as scales on anglesite or cerussite (Keller, 1977).
