Paragenetic and General Notes

Pinch and Wilson (1977) record that jarosite has been observed as pale-brown pseudomorphs after tennantite and azurite, to 20 mm in size.

Jarosite has been reported to form pseudomorphs after the following minerals: azurite (rare); tennantite (rare).
