Paragenetic and General Notes

Pinch and Wilson (1977) record that mixite has been observed on a single specimen (in the Smithsonian), as "small white sprays of extremely thin, matted crystals on azurite". Von Bezing (2007) reiterates this information and comments that this is an unusual colour for mixite.
