A small group of intergrown azurite crystals (to c. 15 mm).  Several of the crystals are wafer-thin and highly translucent, exhibiting an intense azure-blue colour when back-lit.

The specimen is from a small pocket collected during the 1950s; however, the location in the mine is not known.
