Tabular crystals of coffee-brown beudantite, on quartz.  

The specimen was collected from the W.12 stope, on 35 Level, at the bottom of the second oxidation zone.  It was formerly in the collection of John Innes, chief mineralogist at the Tsumeb Corporation in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
