A single, composite (but incomplete) crystal of colourless gypsum, with a little malachite and iron oxides associated at the rear of the specimen which lend localised colour. 

The specimen is from the Wilhelm Klein Collection (# 790; MGMH 127387).  All of the gypsum specimens in the Klein Catalog are attributed to "3.- 8. Sohle" (= 3-8 Level) with no specific level number given for individual specimens.
