Malachite, (after Azurite, w. Rosasite)

Sharp, blocky pseudomorphs of malachite after azurite (to 25 mm), with a surface coating of rosasite. Spherulitic aggregates of rosasite (to 1.5 mm) are present on some of the crystal faces, and one face (at the far right of the photograph) is ornamented with tufts of non-pseudomorphous malachite. 

The specimen was recovered from 3 Level, and is number 487 in the Wilhelm Klein collection.
