Fragments of flattened, pale-yellow, striated crystals of warikahnite crystals, removed for analysis from a specimen collected from Zero Stope, on 31 Level, in the second oxidation zone.  The warikahnite has been verified by single crystal XRD.

Tsumeb is the type locality for warikahnite (Keller et al., 1979).
